Five-Minute Calm Reset — Breathing & Grounding - Oct 5

7 mins

A short, movement-free practice to help you pause, feel grounded, and return to your body when stress, anxiety, or overthinking begins to take over. Through gentle body awareness and calming breathwork, you’ll be invited to soften your forehead, jaw, shoulders, belly, and pelvic floor. You’ll then gradually lengthen your exhale—using a rhythm that feels comfortable for you—to give your mind a break and support a calmer, more present state. When to practise: Use this reset whenever your thoughts feel busy, tension begins to build, or you don’t have the time or energy for movement. Practising it regularly can also make the breathing technique feel more familiar and easier to return to during challenging moments.
